Initial call
Thirty minutes are enough to understand whether the problem fits and whether I can add real value.
The preferred way to start a working relationship is a direct call or a short email with the context of the problem. All correspondence is handled personally.
Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00 (CET). Messages received outside those hours are handled first thing the next business day.
All engagements are conducted in a fully remote format, which allows collaboration with organizations anywhere in the world. Communication may be held in Spanish or English, at the client's preference.
The initial conversation is meant to decide quickly whether it is worth moving forward.
Thirty minutes are enough to understand whether the problem fits and whether I can add real value.
If there is a fit, I send a proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline and fixed conditions.
Work only starts when responsibility, pace and expectations are clearly defined.
