Six engagement formats

I do not work from generic fixed packages. Each engagement is defined by the decision that must be made, the urgency of the problem and the operational involvement required.

How it is structured

Three things are clear before work starts

The work performs best when scope, responsibility and pace are defined from the outset.

01

Initial conversation

Used to understand the situation, the real bottleneck, the urgency and whether intervention actually makes sense.

02

Closed proposal

If there is a fit, I send a written proposal with scope, timeline, deliverables and fixed fees.

03

Direct work

The critical part is done with me. Responsibility is not diluted behind a junior team.

What this is not

Three things this service is not trying to be

Clarity about what I do not offer is as important as clarity about what I do.

No loose hours without context

The intervention always responds to a concrete decision or a clearly bounded problem. Time on its own is not a deliverable.

No junior team presented as scale

If an engagement needs additional specialization it is discussed transparently. The critical work is not hidden behind layers.

No default recommendation to rebuild

What works is preserved. Only what truly penalizes operations or blocks growth gets replaced.

I do not publish a standard rate because value depends on the problem, scope and degree of responsibility assumed. When there is a fit, the commercial proposal is issued in writing under closed conditions.
