Ongoing engagement of three to six months supporting the execution of the strategic decisions identified during the diagnostic.
Once transformation initiatives have been identified and prioritized, their execution requires continuous technical and business judgment. This service provides that judgment over a three to six month period, with active presence in key decisions and direct supervision of implementation.
The engagement does not replace internal teams: it supports them. Priority reviews are weekly and the communication channel with leadership is permanent. Progress reports are monthly and presented in an executive-committee format.
Engagements are formalized through a contract with fixed fees and a defined calendar. Objectives are agreed at the outset and evaluated at each review.
